Present and promote RedCastile's investment properties, commercial spaces, and luxury real estate .
Build and manage your own client pipeline through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Act as the bridge between buyers and our internal team , ensuring smooth deal closures.
Stay informed about the Spanish real estate market and investment trends.
Who You Are Sales-Driven & Proactive – You know how to generate leads,
build relationships, and close deals.
Experienced in Sales & Networking – A background in real estate is a plus, but experience in any sales-driven role is valuable.
Fluent in English – Arabic and Spanish are a plus.
Independent & Self-Motivated – You take initiative, manage your own pipeline, and don't wait for opportunities—you create them.
Client-Oriented & Professional – You can work with a variety of buyers, from investors to families, and guide them through the process with confidence.
Additional Requirements Must be a resident in Spain or planning immediate relocation.
Valid driving license.
Legally able to work in Spain.
