WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience managing projects in IT or cybersecurity.
Knowledge of offensive security methodologies, including red teaming, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.
Familiarity with tools like Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Kali Linux.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Expertise in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Certifications like PMP, OSCP, or Certified Scrum Master are a plus.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Develop and execute project plans for offensive security initiatives, including scope, deliverables, and schedules.
Engage with stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring project alignment with organizational goals.
Allocate resources, manage budgets, and monitor project performance to ensure successful outcomes.
Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts with offensive security professionals and vendors.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with offensive security initiatives.
Ensure projects align with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and MITRE ATTCK.
