We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our clients facing technical challenges.
This role requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient issue resolution.
You will work in a collaborative, learning-driven environment where your passion for technology and customer service is valued.

What do you need to be part of this project?
Responsibilities: Provide 1st Level Technical Support via tickets, emails, and calls.
Diagnose and resolve issues, escalating complex cases to 2nd and 3rd Level Support when needed.
Manage customer interactions and track issues using Salesforce .
Schedule and conduct customer appointments based on dispatcher directives.
Requirements: Fluent German (C2 level) – Our clients primarily communicate in German.
Proven experience in 1st Level Technical Support .
Languages: English (Fluent).
German (Fluent).
Work Mode: Remote in Spain.
