Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions that align with their business goals and processes.
Lead or support implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and end-user training.
Provide expert advice on SAP HCM modules and SuccessFactors, ensuring clients maximize the value of their investment.
Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and SuccessFactors releases, contributing to innovative solutions for clients.
Foster long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for SAP HCM/SuccessFactors topics.
Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge, contribute to best practices,
and deliver high-quality consultancy services.
Your Profile: Proven experience as a consultant or specialist in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors implementations.
Strong technical and functional expertise in one or more SAP HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management) and/or SuccessFactors (e.g., Employee Central, Talent Management).
Passion for continuous learning, with a commitment to obtaining certifications (training and certification opportunities will be provided).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Fluency in English is required; German language skills are highly desirable but not essential.
A team-oriented mindset, with a proactive and professional approach to client engagement.
