Role Description We are seeking motivated and dynamic Freelance Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team.
This is a (30% - 40%) commission-only role, offering unlimited earning potential for proactive professionals.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet commission-based targets.
Proficiency in Spanish and English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Knowledge of the local real estate market in Spain (Valencian Comunidad, or Catalonia).
