At Iberostar Group, we are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our E-Commerce team in Palma de Mallorca.

What will your day look like?
Support in campaign planning: establish contact with each channel as needed and ensure alignment.
Prepare briefings, material requests, supervise creativity, and ensure materials are delivered on time and in the proper form.
Supervise the creation of standardized documents across all regions/markets, ensuring consistency and best practices from the perspective of messaging, design, or format.
Coordinate the tool creation process with the agency, from identifying the need to material delivery.
Support the development of the MICE segment: depending on the needs of the markets/regions, develop marketing materials that can be implemented across all markets.
Trade show management: coordinate the design of booths with the creative agency to ensure messaging, timelines, and specifications are met.
Consolidate the planning and email marketing B2B activation calendar, as well as the creation, assembly, and launch of newsletters and campaigns.
Manage the content production process and update our content site for travel agents across all markets.
Manage the budget and purchase of merchandising for trade shows and events.
Who is the ideal person for this position?
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in marketing, communication, or campaign management.
Basic knowledge of email marketing and content management (e.g., Mailchimp, WordPress, CMS).
Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic design software (Canva, Photoshop).
Ability to coordinate tasks and work with multiple teams.
High level of English (minimum B2-C1).
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
