We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to join our team.
You will work in the IT/HR solutions sector, developing predictive models and conducting data analysis.
Your role will be crucial in all phases of the predictive model lifecycle, from data collection and cleaning to deployment in production.
Project Description: You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating directly with the Product Owner, the Data Science Technical Lead, and the Engineering Manager, using a modern tech stack and agile frameworks.
Responsibilities: Develop machine learning models and data processing pipelines.
Analyze, clean, and handle complex data.
Evaluate the performance of existing models and solutions.
Develop and deploy models in the cloud.
Mentor the team.
Continuously design, develop, and improve models and solutions.
Create new solutions and approaches.
Engage in critical thinking and deep analysis of challenges.
High level of English (it will be FULL ENGLISH).
Tech Stack: Predictive models.
Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence.
Python and SQL.
Cloud platforms (Azure Databricks).
ML libraries (scikit-learn, pytorch, etc.
), data processing (pandas), NLP or GenAI/LLM.
Document models and data analysis.
Experience working with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
Model: The work mode will be hybrid (1 or 2 days at the office).
