We are a Marketing Company and a leading provider of in-house event marketing services, delivering top-tier person-to-person marketing solutions in the industry and driving sales for our clients and strategic partners.
We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and coordinate our team of Account Managers across Europe.
Responsibilities: Manage, train, and lead two direct reports: One Sr. Account Manager and one Account Manager.
Business Execution & Compliance: Prioritize and organize event/project priorities to achieve business goals, ensuring compliance with event/project requirements, and working closely with local managers.
Client & Division Objectives:
Accomplish specific client and division goals by ensuring adequate staffing and on-time execution in accordance with event manuals, while maintaining adherence to food safety standards as necessary.
Operational Coordination: Build and maintain strong, frequent, and consistent interactions with our Client's Operations at the warehouse level to meet overall execution objectives.
Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyze reports to assess progress and performance.
Provide timely action plans based on findings and results.
Expense & Labor Control: Oversee expenses and supplies, ensuring all costs are within budget, and effectively manage labor hours.
Travel & Development: Diligently travel to markets for purposes such as Warehouse Manager Development, warehouse audits, and performance reviews.
Team Leadership & Support: Monitor the performance management of Warehouse Managers, providing necessary direction, guidance, and support to ensure team success.
Recruitment & Training: Oversee and provide direction for the recruitment, selection, orientation,
and training of associates to ensure the team is well-prepared for event/project execution.
Requirements: Over 10 years of experience in similar positions, with a strong focus on sales management and team leadership.
Proven track record in managing teams and key client relationships within a regional context.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and drive business growth.
Fluent in English is essential; French is highly desirable, but not a strict requirement.
Previous experience in sales and marketing, particularly in service or direct sales companies.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and events simultaneously.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software.
Ability to work independently with quick decision-making and effective problem-solving.
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned regions.
This role requires a senior profile with strong commercial and operational management skills, as well as a focus on results and managing both teams and key clients.
