We're seeking a talented and experienced Investment Associate to join our Investor Relations and M&A; team.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, and private equity, and who can work with financial institutions.
Responsibilities: Create compelling and visually engaging investor presentations and comprehensive investor packs that highlight key metrics, growth stories, and strategic initiatives.
Lead thorough due diligence processes, coordinating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to identify critical issues, potential risks, and growth opportunities.
Draft, review, and negotiate ancillary agreements and primary transaction documents with a sharp eye for detail and strategic alignment.
Oversee the end-to-end management of M&A; transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and successful closing,
ensuring seamless integration post-transaction.
Work closely with founders, finance, and leadership teams to drive the company's growth, providing strategic insights and financial acumen to support decision-making.
Qualifications: +2 years of hands-on experience in M&A; transaction services within a VC, PE fund, or investment bank environment, with a strong focus on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and joint ventures.
Proven proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and a deep understanding of key transaction documents and terms.
CFA certification is highly regarded and advantageous.
Excellent proficiency in English.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a knack for building and maintaining strong client relationships and managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
