Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A; Analyst to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights, optimize financial performance, and support executive leadership with strategic recommendations.
Primary Responsibilities Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making, scenario planning, and long-term growth initiatives.
Provide rolling forecasts and variance analysis to track performance against budget and prior periods.
Analyze financial results, identify key drivers, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Develop KPI dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and drive operational efficiency.
Partner with various departments to analyze costs, revenue trends, and profitability.
Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts Knowledge & Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and spanish Strong financial modelling skills High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and planning skills to successfully manage multiple, simultaneous projects.
Critical thinking, problem solving and decision making.
Willingness to learn, change status quo, and not take No for an answer.
Knowledge of the SQL language is an advantage.
Able to work effectively as a business partner with various stakeholders.
