The ROLE Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will support all aspects of marketing in the EMEA region.
The EMEA Marketing Team is accountable for generating demand and supporting Syniti's revenue growth and customer retention targets.
The Team collaborates with regional marketing, sales, delivery and business development teams to develop and execute omni-channel demand, create pipeline, manage pipeline conversion and enable sales success.




The EMEA marketing team works with a diverse team of global marketers which help support demand generation for direct sales and channel, thought leadership PR, as well as customer engagement, retention and add-on revenue.
WHAT YOU WILL DO · Support the organization and execution of both online and face-to-face events throughout the region · Manage website lead inquiries into the business, researching and following up then briefing the relevant Syniti colleague whilst ensuring all information is recorded accurately in the company's CRM – Salesforce · Following up with leads from events as appropriate to maximize event investment and ensure continued contact · Liaise with external vendors to support the execution of demand-generation campaigns · Support in the execution of marketing initiatives with partners to develop and execute joint demand-generation programs · Research potential marketing activities to ensure alignment with key targeting strategies WHAT IT TAKES · BS/BA or equivalent in Marketing or related field · Ideally 2+ years' experience working in a similar role · Intermediate fluency in German would be advantageous · Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills in a virtual set-up · Action-oriented with strong organizational skills · Self-starting, high-energy, go-getter with a positive work ethic · Flexibility and willingness to prioritize and effectively manage a broad variety of initiatives · Cultural awareness, working with diverse teams and ability to accommodate different time zones · Experience with MS Office applications and awareness of CRM, marketing automation, and business intelligence tools · Ability to travel up to 25% · Be fully aligned with our core values: o Think Big - Be courageous and bold.
