About the Role We are looking for a Talent & Development Specialist for our Madrid office.




As a T&D; Specialist your main mission will be to manage the complete recruitment and selection process as well as design and coordinate talent development and training programmes.
Responsibilities Drive end-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from crafting compelling job postings to onboarding new hires.
Manage the improvement of our employer brand through internal and external initiatives.
Use social media for proactive sourcing and post job offers.
Develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.
Coordinate the recruitment and hiring process according to the needs of the company.
Identify recruitment needs and align expectations with key stakeholders.
Maintain updated job descriptions.
Creating an onboarding process for new employees in line with the employer brand.
Learning & Development: Proactively consult and diagnose business needs and performance gaps to identify learning solution opportunities.
Analyse, execute and implement feedback and results of training activities.
Propose and create work climate initiatives and activities that promote company culture.
Collect and analyse employee feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Administrative management:



Manage documentation such as contracts, registrations, terminations and certificates.
Update and maintain employee data in HR management systems.
Create and participate in specific HR projects as needed by the team.
Prepare basic HR metrics reports, such as turnover, absenteeism or satisfaction surveys.
Analyse and make decisions based on HR metrics reports.

Qualifications Training in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or related areas.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
2 to 3 years' proven experience in integrated contracting.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.




Enthusiasm for employer branding and innovative recruitment practices.
Ability to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Strong analytical and consultative skills with a talent for influencing and building relationships with internal and external clients.
Work Conditions Permanent contract with a probationary period according to the agreement.

Gross annual salary: between 30k/40k € + 10% annual variable.
