JOB DESCRIPTION As the first Account Executive in Spain , your role will be to launch and grow the Spanish market, working closely with the leadership team.
Identify key opportunities and build strategic relationships in Spain.
Drive new business through targeted B2B outreach (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn).
Leverage an existing database of relevant contacts to accelerate market penetration.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations to showcase the platform's value.
Lead negotiations and close deals, consistently exceeding sales targets.
Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Implement strategies to nurture long-term client relationships .
Act as the main point of contact for Spanish clients, ensuring retention and upsell opportunities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE Fluent in Spanish with professional proficiency in English or French.
At least one year of experience in sales , ideally in SaaS, PropTech, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills—you're persuasive, structured, and customer-focused.
Bonus: Knowledge of the real estate or construction industry.
Able to work remotely and travel to Paris once a month (covered by the company).
