Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and
regarding problems, order repairs and RMA's.
support trainings to all service techs.
Will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Quality, Regional Sales team, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues.
Lead and help other engineers to improve our technical level.
You will create reports, dashboards, including, monitoring repair equipment status and resolving or negotiates discrepancies with all parts involved.
You will act as a change agent and look for ways to improve Customer processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support main regional customers in +22 LATAM countries.
- Work with 52 service repair partners in +22 LATAM countries, in response to repair services.
- Help to maintain inventories to support contracts and guarantees (spare parts)
- Data analysis in Excel, dynamic tables, macros and dashboard creation.
- Create and maintain Microsoft Power BI dash boards
- Get to know SAP, have contact with planners from China and Malaysia to supply correct spare parts inventory
in repair centers, stock levels.
- Maintain KPIs for customers contracts like OTTR, Bounce Rate, DOS (Days of Supply), etc
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor's degree / equivalent on Engineering or similar
- Customer management (Relationship skills)
- Advance Excel,
- Dashboard creation (MS Power Bi)
- Good team and communication skills on English and Spanish.
- A knowledge of principles and best practices in customer care
- Strong responsibility to accomplish Customer requirements
- Work under pressure and manage the stress
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Travel 75%
