Ensure thorough support and follow-up at all stages of Customer Relations.
Handle general enquiries upstream, selling process, and after-sale service with customers through various media channels such as telephone, email, website, web chat, and social media.
Answer incoming calls and enquiries for requests, including general information requests on campaign facilities and quote requests.
Handle and qualify incoming complaints, ensuring that service provider's agents provide all reasonable assistance and information to clients to solve them.
Manage outbound call campaigns with adequate advance notice to TDCX.
Transform Direct (Individual customers) and Indirect (agencies) traffic into sales while providing high-quality customer service.
Perform any other duties assigned by management for effective implementation, maintenance,
and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any field.
Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
Ability to multi-task and tailor responses to meet specific needs based on customer information.
Strong communicator with effective listening and empathy skills, plus good phone etiquette.
Comfortable working with computers and able to learn and adapt to multiple systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
