About the Role We are seeking an Admin and Accounting Specialist to join the Finance team of our client, in the heart of Barcelona.
This is a stable position, ideal for someone with a background in administration or accounting, who is looking for a flexible and collaborative work environment.
The role involves supporting the Finance department with a variety of tasks, from managing invoices to assisting in daily operations.
You'll be joining a dynamic team of four professionals and one intern, with the opportunity to grow and develop in an international setting.
Key Responsibilities Handle incoming invoices: registration, follow-up, and control.
Assist in subledger accounting tasks,
including accounts receivable and asset management.
Prepare and contribute to the creation of financial reports.
Execute and support payment processes.
Coordinate and manage ad-hoc administrative requests.
Ensure smooth collaboration with other areas of the Finance department.
What We're Looking For Education: Vocational training or undergraduate degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields.
Experience: At least 1 year in accounting and/or administrative roles.
Advanced Excel skills.
Good English.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
