Job Overview: We are looking for a Mid-Level ASIC Verification Engineer to join our growing engineering team.
In this role, you will work on the verification of digital ASIC designs, ensuring they meet functional and performance requirements.
You will collaborate closely with our R&D; partners and contribute to the verification process for both individual blocks and full system-on-chip (SoC) designs.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement verification plans for mid-complexity ASIC designs.
Create and maintain testbenches using Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog.
Perform block-level and system-level verification using established methodologies such as UVM (Universal Verification Methodology).
Debug issues and work closely with design engineers to resolve functional discrepancies.
Conduct functional coverage analysis and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Run simulations and analyze results to verify design correctness.
Contribute to the overall improvement of verification strategies and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in ASIC verification.
Proficiency in Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog for testbench development.
Hands-on experience with UVM or other verification methodologies.
Familiarity with verification tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.
Strong understanding of digital design fundamentals and verification techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have: Experience with SoC verification or FPGA prototyping.
Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Perl for automation.
Knowledge of low-power design verification.
