This role combines marketing activities coordination, participation in strategic client proposal (RFP) processes and CRM management.
The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience, with interest in the Fintech, Wealth management and financial sector supporting our project to Open Wealth, with a focus on operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
Marketing: Coordinate marketing campaigns, including publishing articles in specialized industry magazines.
Organize events for institutional clients, both in-person and virtual.
Manage and track social media posts, primarily on LinkedIn.
Analyze campaign results and propose improvement actions.
Support in Proposals and RFPs: Assist in the preparation and presentation of RFPs, commercial proposals, and client documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables within set deadlines.
Sales Operations support: Manage and optimize CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure data integrity and analysis.
Prepare reports on commercial performance, sales pipeline, and key metrics.
Collaborate with sales teams to improve processes and achieve objectives.
Experience Required: Requirements: 5-10 years of experience in similar roles in Marketing, Communication, Events and sales operation support in the Spanish market.
Strong interest for the Wealth management Financial Entities and Fintech sector and new tech solutions related to data, BI,
Microsoft technologies.
Advanced knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Microsoft Dynamics and ability to extract useful presentation for marketing and sales support purposes.
Experience creating publications and presentations for new value proposition.
B2B marketing experience: social media campaigns (LinkedIn), event management, and relationships with specialized media.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare reports for strategic decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
