Mission
As a Total Rewards Compensation Specialist, you will be pivotal in shaping competitive and equitable compensation and benefits frameworks to elevate the employee experience across the LATAM region. Leveraging your expertise in data-driven insights and adherence to local and international compensation standards, you will enhance our ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ultimately contributing to the strategic success and expansion of the company.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Total Rewards Strategy and Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and wellness programs tailored specifically for the LATAM market.
Collaborate with the International Compensation Benchmarking (ICB) team to conduct market research and ensure our total rewards packages are competitive.
Analyze trends to adjust and maintain salary structures and benefit offerings.
Guarantee all compensation and benefits practices comply with applicable local and international laws and regulations.
Communicate total rewards policies effectively within the organization.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Use HR data to uncover trends, provide actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making.
Produce detailed reports on the effectiveness of total rewards strategies.
Support the decision-making process for salary offers, increases, and promotions.
3. Employee Engagement & Development:
Lead initiatives to educate and assist employees regarding their compensation and benefits.
Develop and deliver training materials and coordinate educational workshops to enhance understanding and engagement.
Act as a primary resource for HR Operations, solving problems and addressing queries related to compensation and benefits.
4. Project Leadership:
Serve as the LATAM representative on global total rewards projects.
Manage and participate in various HR projects focusing on retention, compensation, and employee wellness.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are successfully implemented and align with broader HR strategies.
Competency, Skills, and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, specifically in Compensation, Benefits, HR Systems, and Data Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in managing complex data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate multicultural environments.
- Skilled in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
