**People Cost Coordinator**
(CDMX or MTY)
**Which is the main objective of this role?**
The occupant of this position has as main responsibility the execution of the strategic planning of the South Cone People Cost budget ensuring that it complies with the Latam Services Model, aiming to meet the needs of the business and our internal customers.
This employee should also be responsible for managing the area's performance like quality of services and service, ensuring a cycle of continuous improvement

Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- 3+ Finance, administrative economic areas etc
- Analysis of Data
- Trends
- Calculation of the Annual Operating Plan
- Forecast of the People Cost
- Excel intermediate - advance
- SAP basic
- Budget control
**Non Technical Skills**
- Ability to communicate and align strategies with the various “stakeholders”
- Ability to make decisions in diverse environments and under pressure.
- Ability to carry out (implementation of projects and processes)
- Ability to lead transformation agendas (change management).
