We are seeking a highly motivated and very detailed oriented person to fill the role of an Assistant On-Site Coordinator at our client location in **Mexico City, Mexico**. This role will be the liaison between the client and the field team at the **Mexico City** site location. This person will support the field team with logístical and technical support for the duration of the project.
**Overview**:
For this Participant based study you will support the Site Coordinator in leading and managing Moderation/Data collection staff for in-person User Study/User Experience project. Help to coordinate all components of the study from the beginning to the end.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Must be on Site 5 days a week for Duration of Study.
- Assist in confirmation of project parameters, specifications, dates, etc. and oversight of one study site.
- Assist with scheduling entire operation for their assigned location.
- Work with Managers when problems in this area occur.
- Oversee the facility set-up process to ensure that the room(s) are set up per client instructions.
- Monitor project productivity and progress.
- Maintain study files including all client communication records.
- Monitor study for problems and make recommendations to ensure client receives quality service and data and to ensure that company operates project within original or revised budget parameters.
- Maintain constant communication with internal departments regarding changes in project. Report changes to all appropriate personnel.
- Assist with and produce, review and send reports to the Project Coordinator.
- Assist the Project Coordinator overall, acting as liaison between client and company to ensure projects are managed properly,
timely and within budget.
- Due to the nature of this position, the Assistant Project Coordinator is required to be “on-call". Assistant Project Coordinators must be available before and after business hours to respond to internal employee questions regarding their projects. The Assistant Project Coordinator must be available to solve problems with their projects and to be able to answer questions, therefore, a requirement of this position is to wear a pager or cell phone and respond top ages or calls per the "On-Call Policy". When the Project Coordinator is unavailable to receive pages or calls, the Assistant Project Coordinator may be arranged for back-up coverage.
**NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Assist Project Coordinator with organizing weekly staff phone call meetings.
- Help set up focus rooms including moving chairs, tables and equipment.
- Coordinate with outside field services and interviewers when necessary.
**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**
The Assistant Project Coordinator directly reports to the Project Coordinator and helps her/him with the supervisory duties of all staff at their study site.
**QUALIFICATIONS**

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
College graduate or equivalent and three years related experience,
Retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires good working knowledge of Excel and Word, must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task. Must be service oriented.
**LANGUAGE SKILLS**
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with clients and employees of organization. Bi-lingual preferred but not essential, English and Spanish.
**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS**
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratios, percent, means, and averages. Ability to perform algebraic formulas.
Ability to interpret bar graphs.
**REASONING ABILITY**
Ability to solve complicated problems, ability to analyze data. Must have strong logic skills. Ability to interpret a variety of data.
