Más Vale Saber is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to work 100% from home and be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts. Duties will include making cold calls, reaching out to inbound leads, qualifying, setting appointments, presenting demos, and closing deals.
You will have massive amounts of support including personal and group coaching designed to prepare you to close deals over the phone to earn uncapped additional income, access to technology, tools, and automation created to get rid of the mundane, repetitive tasks that bog down most salespeople, and professional development to set you up for leadership opportunities including managing your own sales team.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns.
- Perform daily red flag monitoring for impressions, conversions, & budget pacing.
- Clearly define project scope and set expectations with clients.
- Ensure all timelines and deliverables are always provided on time.
- Automate workflows and sequences.
- Review and approve creative and copy to ensure results.
- Ensure organization of client folders, documents, logins, etc.
- Ensure all tasks are created for team members.
- Manage excellent onboarding for all projects and campaigns.
- Set and manage the schedule of deliverables.
- Timely communication and delivery of all deliverables to clients.
- Review work and provide strategic feedback before presenting it to clients.
- Create and manage KPIs report.
- Deliver weekly updates to present work and campaign results to clients.
- Build relationships with customers and prospects.
- Ensure all functions are executed correctly and on time with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Represent Más Vale Saber with a high level of professionalism, friendliness, positivity, and customer service in every interaction (internal and external), to develop genuine relationships and inspire trust in the organization.

**Required Qualifications, and specs**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or related field.
- 3+ years of work experience with paid ad campaigns on Google and Facebook/Instagram.
- Advanced English.
- Experience using Zapier.
- Willingness and ability to work extended hours or weekends to achieve goals.
- Management of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Computer with 8GB RAM, i5/Ryzen5 processor, and internet speeds above 30MB as a minimum.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with Asana, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.
- Experience with traditionally paid ad campaigns.
- Hubspot Certified or similar.
- Facebook Blueprint, AdWords, or Google certification.
