- Responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance workload, resources, and activities for terminal operations at their station.
- Managers are leaders of front-line supervision, providing direction in workplace safety & compliance, maintenance and key performance indicators at their station.
**What you'll do**:
- Reports to the Division Senior Manager of Acft Line Mtc for Latin America & Caribbean.
- Guides and directs terminal supervisors in the execution of aircraft maintenance
- Ensures supervisors and crews are dispatched to accomplish the operation’s workload
- Oversees terminal supervisors in the implementation of the organization's plans, processes, policies, and procedures
- Oversees all Line Mtc activities at the AA manned stations of the region, MEX and CUN.
- Oversees all Line Mtc activities at all the On-call contract Mtc stations of Mexico and Central America,and manages the Line Mtc contractor of each location.
- Liases closely with the Civil Aeronautics authorities of each country for technical and technical-administrative matters.
- Liases closely with all the station Customer Services General Managers of the region.
- Liases closely with the Acft Parts and Tooling organization in Headquarters.
- May have other aviation maintenance personnel assigned to assist in completing an assignment
- Works according to FAA, company regulations, procedures and instructions from supervisor

- Must be able to read, write, speak fluently and understand the English and native language
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performing heavy/line aircraft maintenance or substantial similar experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience or 3 years of lead experience or substantial similar experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and days-off
- Willing to travel to support other stations/airports (Mexico & Central America)
- University degree preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma.
