**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
Coordinate with teams across the business and engineering organization to successfully drive and deliver cross-functional solutions using Agile development methodology.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to develop and maintain engineering standards for the physical deployment, testing metrics, and logical deployment.
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all tasks are actively progressing toward established milestones.
- Develop and maintain best practices and efficient workflows to ensure continuous delivery and deployment.
- Conduct root cause analysis on all issues and process inefficiencies, identifying potential process improvements and system optimizations, then coordinating efforts to enact system changes, driving continuous improvement.
- Organize and execute a program for monitoring, measuring, and reporting status of all delivery, including delivery SLAs, performance, current capacity, delivery backlog, average lead times, and cost of delivery delays.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, eliminate roadblocks and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
- Manage multiple,
complex projects while also coordinating with other projects/program managers for the adherence to delivery standards as well as assistance in mitigating and delivery issues.
- Clearly communicate complex technical solutions and issues to executive stakeholders, product managers and engineers
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5-10 years developing and/or managing large scale cloud services Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Cloud Subscription/e-commerce experience (Subscription LifeCycle, Event Management, Provisoning Orchaesteration is a big plus)
- Excellent judgment in influence for product roadmap direction, features, and priorities
- Excellent judgment and customer focus
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business judgment, and has notable experience collaborating in multi-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to own projects,
solution with precision, and influence across all levels of an organization
- You are a self-starter technical leader with a shown ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new projects.
- You should be customer-focused with a passion for the cloud.
- You will partner closely with peers, developers, and customers to create solutions, while simultaneously evolving existing capabilities.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending.
Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
