As a well-established eCommerce Multi brands (luxury, Fashion, Jewelry, Home Goods, Electronics); we are looking for fully bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representatives.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls to managerial team when necessary. Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact, so we are interested in individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
**Essential responsibilities**:
- Assist the customer in identifying his/her needs
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunction




- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Accurately document customer account
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
**Experience/Skills**:
- Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills
- proper grammar required for all written correspondence
- Punctuality and consistent work attendance
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Call Center Customer Service experience role
- Fully Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
- Effectively work with all levels of leadership and management within the Company
