Currently we are looking for our next:
**CNTRL & RPT ANALYST MASTER DATA**
**Which is the main objective of this role?**
To perform master data maintenance activities in SAP for USD entities,
elaborate journal entries ensuring the accomplish of guidelines on accounting, to follow up on recurrent accruals ensuring their recording, prepare integrations of accounts, projections of AOP, FCST, execute GL automatic processes in SAP and generate reports to ensure the integrity of Accounting records and financial information.
**What will you be doing?**
- Guide the team on better practices and team work.
- To perform master data maintenance activities in SAP for USA entities, ensuring the accomplish of the SLA’s
- To record journal entries according whit the guidelines on Accounting.
- To ensure the recording and monitoring of recurrent accruals of the area. To prepare integrations of accounts, projections of AOP & FCST, according the calendar. To execute GL automatic processes in SAP fulfilling the SLA’s
- To elaborate and analyze executive, corporate and special reports, fulfilling the requests of clients, assuring the reliability of the financial information. To deliver requirements by the fiscal authority.
Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- English advanced
- Experience in general accounting (4 years)
- Analysis of financial information.
- Management of SAP module GL-FI-CO.
- Microsoft Office Advanced. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Vizio)
