**Title**: Engineer Product Mechanical Design
**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Monterrey, Nuevo León
**Function**: Engineering (CA)
**Main Responsabilites**:
- As a **_Hydraulics Design Engineer,_** you will be working at the Enterprise Technology & Engineering Center and will be responsible for designing hydraulic/drivetrain components while considering given design constraints, quality initiatives, cost targets and specification requirements for different product lines. You will be involved in project tracking, part ordering, issues resolution and support experimental prototype builds. In addition, you will:
- Work closely with aftermarket, program management, manufacturing and cross functional teams to integrate new/existing components into new product programs
- Contribute to a design from early concept, through a successful product production launch
- Collaborate with the test group to develop and execute a test plan for related systems and components
- Develop and promote part geometry and drawings
- Support experimental builds and production ramp up activities
**What Skills You Need**:
- Strong English skills (speaking and writing)
- Product Design Engineering experience gained from relevant internships or work experience
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software
- Understanding of fundamental hydraulic engineering principles, able to read basic hydraulic schematics
- Experience analyzing data and making sound decisions
- Experience trouble shooting and solving issues with technical problem-solving skills
- Project management experience leading projects that consists of several team members
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to excel on a cross-functional team
- Ability to handle adverse situations with a positive attitude in order to find successful solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in high pace environment
- Creativity and Innovation
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
- Experience creating Hydraulic Schematics or Electrical Schematics
- Experience with Creo (Pro-E), PDM Link and SAP
- Familiar with Creo Piping & Cabling
- Familiar with Automation Studio or similar software
- Experience in sheet metal design
- GD&T; knowledge
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
