**Senior Manager, Global Data Lifecycle Management, Privacy Data Governance**
**This role is an individual contributor role.**
The Senior Manager, Global Data Lifecycle Management, Privacy Data Governance, owns the strategy and implementation of global Data Lifecycle Management processes and capabilities within the Data Governance team at The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC). Through a strong partnership with the Privacy Office (Legal), Technology Services and Legal Services, the role will ensure a centralized, standardized, and efficient method for managing the lifecycle of personal data (consumer and associate) across the world that ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines.
This role ensures the operation of efficient and effective processes to enable compliance with global regulations, through problem solving across people, process and technology challenges. This role is integral to the company's privacy program and responsible for determining how to meet new and changing business needs for the privacy pillar of data lifecycle management.
About the team: the Privacy Data Governance team’s mission is to govern processes that enable the company’s compliance with local and global privacy regulation, including Privacy Impact Assessments, Data Subject Rights, Data Lifecycle Management, and Privacy by Design. Acting as a trusted adviser to internal clients regarding data privacy, we partner with the following teams to deliver successful data governance solutions:
- Privacy Office (Legal): awareness, prioritization, policymaking
- Technology Services: delivery of technical privacy solutions
- Legal Services: enablement of controls monitoring and validation
**Position Overview**:
- Leverage strong privacy and data governance background to help solve TCCC privacy process opportunities by partnering with geographically cross-functional teams and data sources
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with TCCC and third-party vendor stakeholders to problem solve and enhance tools or processes.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communications skills and ability to work effectively with all personnel levels
- Ability to anticipate changing business requirements and works proactively to properly position privacy process changes or tool adoption
- Emphasis on best practice sharing and adoption, balancing a global approach with local exception requirements
**What You'll Do for Us**:
- Establish and maintain governance processes to support successful and efficient global data lifecycle management at TCCC through consulting, designing, building and/or validating
- Product owner of Data Mapping Automation module in TCCC’s OneTrust environment
- Partner with Privacy Office (Legal) to ensure mínimally compliant processes are in place across all TCC markets for data lifecycle management
- Partner with Privacy Office (Legal) to continuously assess and prioritize TCCC markets for data retention schedule simplification
- Partner with Privacy Office (Legal) to develop a process for monitoring the evolution of data lifecycle management requirements in all TCCC markets across the world and adapt internal processes accordingly
- Ensure the availability of timely and accurate metrics that communicate the level of quality of global data lifecycle management at TCCC, including cost to serve and compliance
**Education Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in education and/or relevant experience,
Master's degree is a plus.
**Related Work Experience**:
- Hands on collaboration experience with third-party vendors implementing privacy technology solutions, OneTrust strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of global data retention regulations
- Strong knowledge of data lifecycle management process implementation best practices
- Excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve or develop actionable solutions

- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-changing business environment
