**Responsibilities**:
Ø **Manage Pre-feasibility organization and preparation of new project quotation**
- **Receive (download) customer request for quotes from customer portal site (Ex**:
**Volkswagen, Audi etc.).**
- **Understand and summarize information of customer quotation request.**
Ø **Creation of quotation feasibility study file for new project**
- **Create Pre-feasibility format by Excel sheet.**
- **Report and share customer demand to relating department.**
- **Support to manage with the team the Feasibility analysis.**
- **Create quotation sheet of Sales cost to customers.**
Ø **Offer**
- **Integrate information from other departments and make offer for customers.**
- **Send offer to supervisors.**
- **Attend at customer meeting and verify conditions of cost estimation.**
- **Participate negotiation meeting with customers.**
Ø **VW Portal site management as Sales Support Administrator. (b2b, VW supplier site)**
Ø **Forecast sales plan for each project and prepare budget information preparation.**
Ø **Manage Sales price of all projects.**
Ø **Support IATF, VDA Audit to maintain department job workflow.**
Ø **Customer survey**
- **Support customer satisfaction survey.**
- **Answer improvement actions in case applicable from customer feedback.**
**Skills/Requirements**:
Ø **Good attitude & ability to learn and develop skills and follow up topics with customer.**
Ø **Required Spanish and English skills to communicate with customer and support department.**
Ø **English skill level: Medium Level of Reading, Writing, Speaking**
Ø **Business & Technical English must be fluent for basic communication.**
Ø **Have International mindset and motivation to coordinate Global work teams.**
Ø **Required operation skill of Microsoft Office tools.**
Ø **Proven teamwork and communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.**
Ø **Strong organizational skills.**
Ø **Experience with German OEMs: Audi and Volkswagen.**
Ø **VW systems experience (b2b, VW supplier site)**
Ø **Welcome having skill & knowledge of German Automotive OEM development process flow to manage projects. Addition of Japan, US OEMs are also welcome.**
Ø **Required knowledge of Plastics Injection, Paint and Assembly process.**
Ø **Business trip will be required for 2days up to a couple of weeks.**
Ø **Overtime work are required with adjusting customer working hours**
