Currently we are looking for our next: Shopper & Channel Insights Sr Coordinator
**Which is the main objective of this role?**
Main purpose of this position is to support Shopper & Channel Insights Agenda by leading key analysis and ad hoc studies that allow him/ her build multi source compelling insights stories to answer strategic business question in Latam DX teams. We are looking for a curious, high energy commercial insights professional who is self driven and independent to lead his/her own projects and Influence decision making by embedding people centricity and insights in every commercial project where he/ she is involved in.

**Qualifications**
**What will you be doing?**
- Lead regional strategic diagnosis to support commercial business decisions
- Lead Human Eyes and I&A; Capabilities program for commercial teams (Shopperstanding, ADA, SDNA, Social Listening)
- Deliver Channel forecasting deck,



scorecards and size of the prize calculators
- Lead key analysis such as Shopping Missions, Decision trees, as well as the deployment with local teams
- Lead Shopper fundamentals training agenda
- Develop and deliver presentations with clear recommendations based on multisource data analysis, identifying business opportunities.
- Align with key business partners research objectives, methodologies and leverage shopper research negotiations.
- Identify business opportunities and proactibly detonate a business project.
- Support new capabilities implementation in collaboration with sector teams.
- Manage budget and administrative processes: good management of contracts, payment process, register of suppliers, quotations, signatures/ approvals, etc.
Language: 100% Spanish & English fluent.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Education:



Marketing, Business Administration, Economics Sciences, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Functional Experience: at least 3-4 years insights experience in FMCG with strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research protocols and methodologies (how to use them, how to land a brief, how to approach an agency and guide outcomes according to the business question and final audience/ client needs).
- Experience managing databases: Nielsen Advisor, Kantar Worldpannel or similar
- Proficient using Excel, Power Point and Word
- Strong analytical skills
- Project Management
- Intelectual curiosity
- Schedule flexibility as we have different time zones within Latam countries
- Ability to manage several projects/ task at a time (multitask)
- Ability to analyze and connect data from different sources,
