**Responsibilities**:
The Opportunity
Responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of IT Projects to customers ensuring they are completed.
Your Impact
As The Sector IT Sr Analyst your scope will consist of:
- Leading and coordinate delivery and project teams to ensure deadlines budget and quality objectives are met
- Define delivery and project's objectives and requirements in collaboration with the client and management team
- Develop and maintain a detailed project and delivery plan including milestones deliverables required resources and associated risks
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day work of the delivery and project team including assigning tasks resolving issues and communicating with team members
- Ensure quality standards and best practices are always adhered
- Identify and manage delivery and project risks including identifying critical issues and implementing contingency plans
- Communicate effectively with customers management team and all other project and delivery stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of process and possible issues
- Ensure that delivery and project are completed with budget and on schedule
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of IT project delivery and management methods and frameworks such as DevOps, ITIL, PMBOK, SAFe.
**Experience**:
- 5+ years of project management
- 5+ years as a Project/Delivery lead
- 3+ years of people management
- 2+ years working as a Scrum Master
