1. Lead the team to tap high-quality supplier resources, eliminate low-quality supplier resources, and keep the company's supplier resource pool adequate and stable;
2. Regularly assess the service performance of suppliers in cooperation, and promote the rectification or improvement of suppliers;
3. Regularly go to the supplier office and job site to review the supplier company's operation status and operation compliance, and control supplier risks;
4. Cooperate with sales and operation teams to participate in new customer development and bidding, and support the team to develop service plans that meet customer needs and have competitive prices;
5.
Regularly organize internal training to improve the team's understanding of supplier services and related professional knowledge, and enhance the team's professionalism;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above in logistics or foreign trade;
2. 5-10 years of similar working experience in logistics companies, shipping companies, shipping agents, customs declaration units;
3. Good communication and negotiation skills;
4. Meticulous, honest, highly responsible;
5. Can reasonably manage and arrange work, work under pressure;
6. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
7. Native, with legal status, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
