**Responsibilities**:
**The** **Opportunity**
The Data Analyst is responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Cockpit BPM (Business Performance Management) tech solution along with closely partnering with the IT team to work on the enabling database (SPOT - Single Point of Truth). The role is critical in the provision of performance reporting to enable the Leadership Team to identify emerging trends that need further performance analysis and intervention.
This is a key role for the Planning Team as he/she becomes the Global knowledge expert/point person for Cockpit (Tableau) reporting. As a result, this role carries **leadership** & **ownership**.
**Your Impact**
As Data Analyst your responsibilities would consist of
- BPM System Management / Design Cockpit / Optimize links with SPOT
- Development of visual dashboard for E2E reporting
- Development and Deployment of Reporting Framework
- Training Lead
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Advanced English is a must
- Tableau advanced technical skills and excel knowledge are is a must
- Knowledge of Power BI and any other relevant systems is a must
- Experience with dashboards and data analyst
- Big Data Management, SQL, Python
