**Our client**:
A property management company, that handles the day-to-day operations of the living communities community. They handle the accounting and escrow services for the living communities.
We are looking for an** Accountant** to support the following activities:
- Maintain general ledger and journals to include monitoring accounts for discrepancies
- Prepare journal entries
- Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable monthly
- Generate and review monthly financial statements
- Assist with accounting department responsibilities
**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday,
- Standard time: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Daylight saving: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

**Requirements**:
- Around 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Experience with preparing monthly statements and reconciliations.
- Feel comfortable working with a heavy volume of reconciliations.
- Experience with Accrual and Cash accounting.
