Reporting to the local Solution Center Supervisor, the aim of the role is to provide daily service delivery within the North American Solutions Center team with consistent, reliable, and highly engaging service. You will leverage a variety of technology, systems, processes, and tools to support fellow employees with a range of requests and questions.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **Team Mission Statement**:_
- **Deliver exceptional HR support to McCormick's U.S. and Canadian employees during their critical moments**_
- Provide HR administration assistance for Employee lifecycle (Hiring, Onboarding, Employee changes, Benefits,
Time and Attendance, etc.).
- Process HR documentation daily with accuracy. Administer and follow through on employee lifecycle services in a timely manner and to defined KPIs.
- Validate and process employee related data
- Collaborate with 3rd party HR services providers
- Ability to effectively synthesize information from a variety of sources
- Correctly address escalations by partnering with peers, next level peers, team leaders and team managers.
- Ensure compliance (ex. SOX) and best practices are followed to standard
- Collaborates effectively with team members and various departments, offering assistance as required and working together to resolve challenges.
- Provides process excellence and discipline support within area of responsibility and recommending process improvements,
and implementation of the improvements.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or HR Administration gained from working in a Share Service Environment will be an advantage
- Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing is a must
- Experience in working in HR systems such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and strong working knowledge of MS Office 365 preferred
- Demonstrated experience in delivering services and advising others
- Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate in an international, matrix organization and consumer-oriented attitude
- Mindset of continuous improvement and regularly provides insights to support the development of improved processes and services.
- Can train and onboard others
- Cultural agility to work with diverse global teams and employee groups
- Analytical capability to analyze data, interpret, and provide insight
- Well organized, ability to priorities and meet deadlines
- Attention to Detail, and engaging in collaborative work teams is a must
- Call center experience preferred
- Project Management or participating in project teams preferred
