Functional & Application Support Specialist for Veeva Vault Medical CRMQualifications:5+ years of experience configuring, supporting, and implementing CRM software (e.G., Veeva Vault Medical CRM or Salesforce).Understanding of ITSM practices.Proficiency in Data Management and Data Stewardship.Background in science or clinical research.Understanding of Territory Management and Alignments.Familiarity with Medical Science Liaison (MSL) activities, including interactions with KOLs, HCPs, and researchers.Effective communication of clinical data with MSLs.Understanding of clinical trial design, data analysis, and scientific literature.Experience in customer-facing roles, managing customer expectations.Strong organizational, multitasking,
and independent work skills.Experience with ticketing systems (e.G., ServiceNow).Experience with Veeva Vault Medical CRM, including troubleshooting on iPads is a plus.Experience with Veeva MedComms is a plus.Familiarity with Veeva Network and Veeva Open Data and ITIL certification are a plus.Tasks and Responsibilities:Incident Management and Service Request Support.Operational Change & Configuration Management (including implementing configuration changes).System Administration and Validation.Knowledge Management.Service Asset & Configuration Management.Data Management (handling data change requests, imports, and extractions).Hands-on support to the client's users and facilitate knowledge transfer to support engineers on our team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
