**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Responsible for conducting various analyses to ensure effective and efficient management of programs as well as identify areas of improvement.
He/she will be the single point of contact for all HR team members and associates.
Develop Total Rewards strategies in order to ensure a fair compensation.
**Your Impact**

As TR People Cost Analyst your responsibilities would consist of
- Ensure compliance AOP People Cost each year, to keep costs and expenses adjusted sales volumes that the company has projected.
- Develop Bonus Process for managerial level employees, this work includes validations and calculation employee by employee; also work with People Partners to validate promotions and bonus teams and work with Payroll team monthly validating the bonus reserve.




- Partner with Financial Department to resolve reporting discrepancies and ensure accuracy of data reported in financials for the elaboration of balance scorecard of people cost and Opex
- Participate and Co-Lead in annual processes (Focal Point, Planing Salary, Salary Surveys,Talent Armoning, Equidad), delivering quality and execution in time.
- Provide support to structural changes in different areas, working on JD, new cost of structures and salary proposals in order to increase the productivity of each area keeping costs as financial alignments.
- Perform executive job evaluations and market pay analyses, in addition to collaborating with PepsiCo's solutions delivery team as necessary on all non-executive job evaluations




- Contribute and strengthen the work between HR and other areas of the company to strengthen relationships and make daily work a coordinated and multidisciplinary work.
- Analyze annual performance management statistics, including headcount, performance distribution, total employee Comp & Benefits cost, calibration guidelines, mid-year salary actions.
- Support the excecution learning expenses for all PMF to ensure compliance the AOP, includes close monthy process and report Fcst in BPC tool
- Follow up tha all Iniciatives of HR are consolidated and monitoring in the Productivity tool, Power Steering.
- Implemented Scorecard Opex increase monitoring and reporting principals highlights for all HR Directors

Qualifications:

- College degree, preferably in Finance or Business Administration
- 2+ years of work experience in finance or total rewards.
- Strong problem solving,



verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent work ethic and commitment to long-term development
- Strong skills in Powerpoint/Excel/Word
- Ability to work independently and proactively with little instruction and in team work.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of company personnel
