This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration to bring initiatives to life, navigating ambiguity and building relationships across departments.
The Manager, Promotions & Packaging will identify opportunities to maximize subscriber growth and revenue while ensuring the best customer experience.
This individual will serve as the LATAM center of excellence within the global Promotions & Packaging team, supporting global strategy and guardrails.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead LATAM promotions strategy (offers/discounts) for Max, including strategic evaluations, financial modeling, and business case presentations to senior leadership.Develop go-to-market strategies for LATAM Promotions & Packaging by collaborating with Paid Media, Creative, Retention, Partnerships, Product, Finance, Legal, Customer Support, and other teams.
Oversee execution by leading cross-functional workstreams, briefing stakeholders, managing milestones, and securing approvals.Analyze performance of initiatives against KPIs (subscriber acquisition, churn, engagement, LTV).
Consolidate data, generate actionable insights, and present findings to leadership.Act as the primary LATAM expert, liaising with regional stakeholders and leadership through weekly meetings and ongoing communication.
Share global Promotions & Packaging data and insights with LATAM teams.Monitor market trends, including competitive dynamics, economic shifts, and platform changes, to inform regional and global strategy.Support quarterly and annual planning for global Promotions & Packaging initiatives.Provide operational support, including maintaining team trackers, managing Airtable, and centralizing data and best practices.
QualificationsRequired5+ years of experience in marketing or promotions, preferably in direct-to-consumer, subscription, or streaming industries.Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Bilingual (Spanish & English) with experience in LATAM markets (NORAM experience is a plus)
