**Work Appropriately**Hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis**Position Tasks and Responsibilities**- **Develop Advertising Strategies**:Create and implement effective advertising strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience.- **Campaign Management**:Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, TV,



and radio.- **Creative Direction**:Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling and innovative ad content that resonates with our audience.- **Media Planning and Buying**:Manage media planning and buying activities to ensure optimal placement and cost-efficiency of ads.- **Performance Analysis**:Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to improve future efforts.- **Budget Management**:Manage the advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.- **Collaboration**:Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective advertising efforts.- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in advertising and the automotive industry.

**Experience**:- **Work Experience**:



5- 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- **Strong understanding of digital marketing and CRM**channels and tools (e.G., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, PPC, social media platforms)
