and develop aligned strategies.- Act as the primary liaison between Data Operations teams, HR, and Finance to ensure cohesive planning and decision-making.- Provide strategic recommendations and insights to executive leadership based on capacity planning trends and analytics.- ** Data-Driven Decision Making**:- Oversee the development and refinement of capacity scenarios, ensuring comprehensive analysis of workforce skills, technology capabilities, and organizational constraints.- Lead the headcount forecasting process and guide the team in conducting scenario analyses to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges.- Review and approve regular capacity utilization reports and variance analyses, ensuring actionable insights for leadership.- ** Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for capacity utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency.- Oversee the preparation and dissemination of comprehensive reports and updates to senior management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.- Ensure timely updates of hiring and attrition trackers,
coordinating with HR to address backfill requirements as needed.- ** Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence**:- Drive strategic initiatives to streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and enhance organizational scalability.- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices across capacity planning and business operations.- Support business continuity planning and ensure readiness for operational challenges.- ** Advisory and Ad-Hoc Support**:- Provide strategic guidance and ad-hoc analysis to the management team to address emerging business needs.- Act as a trusted advisor for capacity planning and resource optimization decisions, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational goals.Who are you?
