**Your Impact**:
As CTO Analyst your functions would consist of
- Assist in partnering with HCL to establish a standard operational model for asset management lifecycle tracking, including metrics for onboarding, updates, and offboarding of all asset records.
- Support the configuration team, HCL, and I&O; team in mitigating data accuracy deviations identified by CMDB health rules.
- Collaborate with I&O;, delivery teams, sectors, and vendors to ensure a standardized operational model for asset management lifecycle, addressing data accuracy deviations.
- Help coordinate with hardware manufacturers and HCL to reconcile data between CMDB/AMDB and manufacturers' records (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Arista, Cradlepoint).
- Reports and Dashboards:
- Act as a support to the Source Owner with the Data & Analytics team to manage database views and reports (add, update, or remove).
- Assist in generating reports and dashboards with hardware asset information to support S&T; transformation and operations.
- Collaborate with TBM to generate financial reports for the S&T; Leadership team.
