As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee and manage the company's overall supply chain to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Your role is vital in maintaining a seamless flow of goods, materials, and information, ensuring that the supply chain aligns with our client's goals for customer satisfaction, cost management, and operational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:Supply Chain Strategy Development: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support the company's business objectives and optimize overall supply chain operations.Inventory and Demand Planning: Monitor inventory levels, assess product demand, and develop replenishment plans to ensure timely availability of materials and products.Supplier Management:



Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure suppliers meet quality and delivery standards.Logistics Coordination: Oversee logistics operations to optimize transportation costs, improve shipping accuracy, and ensure timely delivery to customers.Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks, develop contingency plans, and implement strategies to mitigate disruptions.Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and production teams to align supply chain operations with organizational goals.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.Experience: 5+ years in supply chain management.Analytical Skills:
