The Manager Product oversees the management, development, and continuous improvement of 6-7 corporate websites across multiple countries.
This role will focus on optimizing customer journeys, reducing friction, and delivering a seamless omnichannel experience.
This Manager is critical in driving website traffic, improving conversion rates, and increasing revenue by enhancing the UX and technical performance of the sites.
As the Manager Product, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the digital presence of our global corporate websites and drive growth through enhanced customer experiences.
You will work with a dynamic team in a collaborative environment, with plenty of room for innovation and impact.
**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**:





- Own the strategy for increasing website conversion rates and improving customer journeys, focusing on both technical and UX aspects.
- Develop and maintain the roadmap by gathering continuous feedback from customers, internal employees, and other key stakeholders
- Optimize the technical effectiveness and customer experience of our websites
- Improve conversion to store traffic
- Bring new features and functionality to market
- Ensure that consumers have a unified omnichannel experience that is consistent across sites across multiple corporate websites

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, Operations, and IT to ensure website goals align with business objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and buy-in across departments and markets




- Manage the prioritization and execution of product backlog
- Execute sound product discovery to inform your business case and roadmap
- Track and analyze website performance metrics, including sessions, users, sources, engagement, conversions, landing pages, paths, insights, and overall analytics
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement based on data and user behavior, and act on these insights to continuously refine the customer experience
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform website strategies and features.
- Propose new initiatives based on competitive insights that can enhance website performance and improve the customer experience.
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- 5+ years of related experience (Conversion Manager / Product Management, etc.)




- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, Design, Digital Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in product ownership of websites
- Strong background in UX/UI design principles and website development
- Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and utilizing data to drive decisions
- Knowledge of SEO, web development, and CRO best practices.
- Experience implementing SEO strategies to improve website rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or a customer-focused digital environment
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Track record of successfully partnering with cross-functional teams to successfully launch and iterate products and features that delivered compelling customer value




- User-centric design approaches and strong product instincts
- Strong leadership and influential skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting and enhancing websites built on some of the following: php-based CMS, MySQL DB, Apache, APIs, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and React based components.
- Experience with website performance monitoring tools (Google page speed tool, Lighthouse etc.
), Google tag manager and Google search console.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms and server-side technologies.
