**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Advanced English.
- Team and project management.
- Knowledge of litigation document review and preparation.
- Proficiency in legal document review tools.
- Document quality control.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of attorneys specialized in document review, ensuring that productivity and quality standards are maintained.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on complex legal issues and review protocols.
- Coordinate and manage the daily activities of document review projects, ensuring adherence to project deadlines and client requirements.
- Monitor progress, quality, and productivity metrics.
- Act as a liaison with project managers and clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Perform quality checks on the work to ensure accuracy and consistency with project guidelines.
- Implement best practices for document review and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and any relevant issues to management and clients.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of review procedures, decisions,
and outcomes for reference and auditing purposes.
