**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
Will be responsible to support the PMF market in terms of compliance agenda, policies, development and implement new process/KPI's to ensure ensuring compliance with global processes and management of risks and opportunities.
The main roles is to implement a process of management of legal contracts of 100% of the negotiations carried out by the Supplies Team, promoting controls that ensure compliance with global processes, allowing visibility of current contracts, coverage for risk management in case of contracts not supported by contracts and a conduct internal reviews to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
The scope of this job included:
Provide process visibility and manage reports for business improvement
Ensure business integration through Ariba Sourcing as a Subject Matter Expert.
Drive, monitore and contribute to Procurement Commercial team to improve daily routines such as: automation, process control, governance and risk assessment.
Extrapolate best practices across LatAm and Global to Local and from Local to Global and LatAm
**Your Impact**:
As Global Proc Ind Sr Supervisor your responsibilities would consist of
- Develop internal capability and organization for Indirects
- Lead Latam teams to develop and execute advantaged long-term sourcing strategy to deliver sustainable improvements in terms of cost, quality, service and innovation, in collaboration with local and regional executives.
- Understand key cost drivers, industry trends and best practices to design/implement the sourcing strategies for Services categories in scope for the position.
- Development,
execution and follow up of cross-functional initiatives aimed to identify productivity opportunities aligned with the functional and sector business objectives
- Ensure contracts agenda in accordance with Global Procurement Policies and KPI's
- Lead supplier performance and contract compliance
- Work closely Latam stakeholders to ensure deep understanding of functional needs and develop strategies to ensure maximum business value is generated from the procurement strategies for those categories in scope
- Enable breakthrough ideas capturing from suppliers and ensure their implementation improve value for Services, reduce Total Cost of Ownership and optimize cash flow
- Responsible for the development, execution and follow up of Risk Management initiatives aimed to reduce the supply risk (BCP),
currency exposure and no sustainable supply practices
- Generate and analyze RFQ/bid proposals.
Includes understanding and executing total cost of ownership analysis, risk analysis, supplier selection, cost negotiations, establishing contracts/non-disclosure agreements and ongoing strategic supplier development.
