**Responsibilities**
**Digital Analyst (Cybrarian)**
**Main purpose**
The purpose of this role is to ensure the digital content is delivered, stored and curated in PepsiCo's Digital Asset Management system (DAM).
The scope of the DAM Analyst includes
- sourcing digital content from internal and external partners
- curating and auditing content metadata
- providing guidance on asset reusage
- maintaining and improving asset management processes and systems
The objective of the DAM analyst is to contribute towards building a single source of truth for digital content that allow users to consult, reuse and get inspired by this assets, and allows PepsiCo to build up a Content Engine that leverages the power of DAM.
**Your Impact**
As The Digital Analyst (Cybrarian) your scope will consist of:
- Support operational set-up and implementation of the Digital Asset Management system within PepsiCo, partnering with and delivering this service to the business
- Define taxonomy hierarchies, naming conventions and cataloging, tagging and archiving of digital assets, ensure consistency with global solutions
- Partner with IT and Marketing to ensure full system integration and workability
- Support embedding Asset Management within the business, developing user manuals and training programs to build knowledge, educate and drive adoption, whilst advocating across marketing teams and external partners/agencies, to streamline and govern the management and optimization of digital assets
- Partner with Sector teams, agencies and third parties to build seamless process for acquiring, tagging, cataloging and managing all digital content
- Onboard Sector teams and their agencies to the platform, define relevant user permissions, train new users, introduce new platform functionalities to existing users
- Develop reports to monitor and track number of requests, usage stats etc.
and build robust assessments on productivity gains,
business benefits and success metrics delivered as a result of Digital Asset Management solution
- Produce quarterly digital reviews with Sector teams across key success metrics
- Continually identify opportunities to optimize process, implementation, delivery and system functionality, to future-proof and maintain a leading-edge capability
**Qualifications**
**Who Are We Looking For?
**
- Experience in marketing technology, ideally with experience in Digital Asset Management systems or in a cybrarian capacity
- Proven experience managing and fulfilling large sets of assets in complex asset management environments
- Bachelor's degree
