With teams set up globally in **Shanghai**, **Canada**, **Mexico**, and the **United States**, we are expanding our operations and are currently looking for skilled professionals based in **Mexico City** for **remote roles** in **sales**, **customer service**, and **administrative assistance**.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Sales Support**: Assisting with outbound/inbound sales calls, lead generation, and client follow-ups.
**Requirements**:
- Based in **Mexico City** (Remote work, but Mexico City-based applicants preferred)
- **Bachelor’s degree** from a reputable university is **preferred**:
- Fluent in both **English** and **Spanish** (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in **sales**, **customer service**, OR **administrative roles**:
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in tools like **Microsoft Office**, **Google Workspace**, and **CRM systems**:
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
