The JobThis position exists to support the Procure to Pay (PTP) workstream of Warner Bros.
Discovery WBD.
This person will have overall responsibility for performing PTP functions involved in maintaining PTP processes, ensuring Sox compliance, maintaining a robust controls environment providing updates/reporting of overall Procure to Pay Operations.The Daily
- Deliver world class / proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (i.E.
vendor creation is accurate, invoices match to PO's correctly, invoices route to the appropriate coders, etc.)
- Monitor and reconcile aging PTP activity, including interfacing applications
- Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros.
Discovery processes and systems
- Support PTP system changes, improvements and new company codes created with testing as required and support new business projects, acquisitions and integrations where needed
- Serve as a subject matter expert in PTP processes & technologies (SAP SRM, Ariba, PeopleSoft, Oracle, OpenText VIM, SAP ECC) for non-content spend.The Essentials
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is preferred
- Experience in SAP is preferred
- Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is desirable
- English skill is required
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Should have a complete understanding of the PTP process
- Strong listening,
verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, creatively and efficiently
