**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise a team of approximately 20 coaches and an Associate Director
- Facilitate communication with families to share student progress and address concerns; ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide individualized summaries and recommendations in meetings with families
- Oversee the program’s curriculum and development; create and deliver ongoing training and evaluation
- Track program deliverables, timeline, and coach performance
- Management and organization of the student pipeline
- Serve as advisor and facilitate classes for a small number of students
- Collaborate with Academic, Pathways, Sales, and Operations team members; participate in sales and marketing events
- Additional duties as required
**Schedule**:
- Monday-Friday 9am-7pm - CST/México City
- Occasional weekend/evening activities or events
- April start date
**Location**:
Online (with some opportunity for in-person activity depending upon the Director’’s location)
