**Voice Recognition Support Technician (Bilingual)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Training:
Training new and existing users on the implementation and use of voice recognition software.
- Technical Support:
Addressing user issues related to hardware, software, and network problems.
Providing step-by-step instructions for problem resolution.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
- Customer Service:
Communicating with users to understand and document their IT issues.
Managing customer expectations and providing timely updates on issue resolution.
- Communication Skills:
Clearly and concisely communicating technical information to non-technical users.
Translating technical jargon into layman's terms.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
- Remote Support:
Using remote desktop tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

- Analyzing and resolving IT issues efficiently and effectively
- Familiarity with IT tools and platforms that support multiple languages.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, great verbal communication skills, were able to communicate information and multitask

**Requirements**:
- Bi-lingual written and verbal skills
- Degree in something related to technologies
- Experience in Service Desk, Help Desk or other IT systems
**Salary**:
$18,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month
